You will need to pay up front for your annual membership. Any unused benefits will expire at the end of each year.

To get started, contact the Dragonpass team to place your order (minimum 10 memberships). Once payment clears, you'll receive your DPIDs and activation codes by email to distribute to your employees.

Setup is fast. Because memberships are issued as codes rather than built per client, employees can activate as soon as you distribute their codes. You’ll typically receive your DPIDs within 5 working days from payment - no IT integration required.

You can add more employees at any time by purchasing additional memberships. Additional purchases are made at your existing tier, and the minimum you can add at any one time is 10 memberships. You can contact your account manager to purchase more.

Memberships are valid for 12 months from purchase and can't be upgraded, downgraded, cancelled or reassigned to another employee mid-term.

No. Pay-as-you-go extras (such as topping up eSIM data) are paid for by the individual employee at the point of purchase using their own card, and a receipt is emailed directly to them.

Memberships run on a 12-month term from purchase. Memberships don't auto-renew. To continue, you renew by repurchasing for another 12 months, and new activation codes are issued to your employees.

Yes, but it depends on the membership tier whether guests are included on an extra cost. If your employee has an Occasional Traveller membership then guests are not included. If your employee has a Regular Traveller membership, they can bring 1 guest per trip in exchange for 1 pass. Frequent Traveller members can bring up to 5 guests per trip.
