Guest Service Counter (landside)

Landside - at the "Check-in Counter" opposite Gate 2 in the Departure Hall (passengers go to the check-in counter with their Longteng Card and present it to the staff for verification. After successful verification, they will be given a service voucher. Passengers can follow the staff's instructions and use the service voucher to use the Express Pass service and go to the "First Class Lounge" next to Gate 2 on the second floor after security check)
