Conditions
- Children under 3 years old are admitted free of charge.
- A two-storey lounge with an area of 850 square metres, serving passengers travelling to both Schengen and Non-Schengen destinations. It offers a functional space to relax or work prior to departure. Amenities include comfortable armchairs, a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi, electronic newspapers/magazines, and a children's playroom. Guests have access to a buffet with hot and cold snacks, refreshments, and a selection of alcoholic beverages. Restrooms and shower facilities are located on Level 0.
- Standard complimentary entry via membership programmes is permitted up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time. Passengers wishing to enter the lounge earlier, up to 6 hours before departure, may do so by paying the standard walk-in fee directly at the lounge reception counter, subject to the current Kraków Airport tariff. Passengers travelling to Non-Schengen destinations must leave the lounge with sufficient time to pass border control before boarding.
