Accompanied children under 2 years old may enter free of charge.
Services and service standards are subject to what is available at the lounge on the day of use. Before redeeming the benefit, guests are welcome to check with the lounge staff for details of the services available.
Personal boarding reminders are not available at this lounge. Guests are advised to keep an eye on flight boarding information and to allow plenty of time to board. The lounge operator will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by guests or their accompanying travelers as a result of missing their flight.
Please present your benefit voucher for verification at the front desk of the G03 Business Travel Service Reception Center (landside, opposite Door 65). Once redeemed, you may use the airside lounge service. Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff.
Lounge service only; no other value-added services are provided.
To bring accompanying guests, you must redeem additional points or purchase access separately. Accompanying guests must be traveling on the same flight as the cardholder (subject to confirmation on site).
Pets are not permitted. To ensure a comfortable experience for passengers, pets are currently not permitted in this lounge. Thank you for your understanding.
