Dragonpass Social Giveaway Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1. Welcome to the Dragonpass Social Giveaway Campaign (the “Campaign”) Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions” or “Terms”) page.

1.2. The Campaign is promoted by Dragonpass International Limited (“Dragonpass”), located at 4th Floor, Charter House, 2 Woodlands Road, Altrincham, WA14 1HF, United Kingdom, or its affiliated companies.

1.3. The Campaign will run from 2nd October 2025 at 12:00pm to 9th October 2025 at 23:49pm (the “Campaign Period”).

2. Eligibility and Entry Requirements

2.1. Persons who comply with the eligibility requirements under these Terms will be referred to as an “Entrant(s)”.

2.2. To be eligible to win a Prize under the Campaign, you must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old, must like and follow Dragonpass on Instagram, and must comment on the Campaign Instagram post by no later than 23:59 (GMT) on 9th October.

2.3. Multiple entries are valid, and no purchase is necessary. Entrants may however be subject to local internet access charges depending on their manner of accessing the Dragonpass Instagram page.

2.4. Entrants may not, during the Campaign Period, be:

2.4.1 An employee of Dragonpass, its holding or subsidiary companies, or its affiliates; or

2.4.2. A member of the immediate family or household of such an employee.

2.5. Dragonpass will not be responsible for sending or transmitting proof of receipt of an entry under the Campaign.

2.6. By taking part in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy (accessible at https://www.dragonpass.com/privacy-policy) and Terms of Use (accessible at https://www.dragonpass.com/terms-of-use), all of which will constitute a binding agreement between Dragonpass and you. Accordingly, please ensure that you review these documents before taking part in the Campaign.

2.7. Dragonpass reserves the right to disqualify an Entrant in the event of any circumstances concerning an Entrant that may potentially cause detriment to the reputation of the Campaign, Dragonpass, its affiliates, clients or partners, and/or to their related intellectual property rights. Dragonpass and its affiliates shall not be liable for any such disqualification, or the consequences thereof.

3. The Prizes

3.1. By taking part in the Campaign, eligible Entrants will stand a chance to win two single use lounge passes – for themselves and a guest (the “Prize(s)”), to be used at a Dragonpass Participating Outlet lounge worldwide.

3.2. The winning Entrants will be referred to as the “Winner”.

3.3. The Prize shall at all times be subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions of Use of Dragonpass, including our Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy, all of which can be found at www.dragonpass.com, and which are subject to change from time to time in our sole discretion without notice.

3.4. The Prizes are limited to 1 (one) Prize per Winner.

3.5. The Winner shall be entirely responsible for assessing and paying all applicable federal, provincial, state and/or local taxes in any respect of the Prize received, if any, including any income or withholding taxes. In the event that Dragonpass is or may reasonably become obliged to pay any withholding tax in relation to a Prize, Dragonpass shall be entitled to deduct such tax from the Prize in question.

3.5.1. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

3.5.2 Dragonpass reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to replace the Prize with an alternative Prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Dragonpass's control make it necessary to do so.

4. Winners

4.1. The Winners of the Prizes will be chosen at random.

4.2. The Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message and must accept the Prize in writing within 10 (ten) days of being contacted by Dragonpass, failing which they will forfeit the Prize and Dragonpass will be free to select a new Winner in their place.

4.3. The decision of Dragonpass regarding any aspect of the Campaign is final and binding and cannot be disputed or appealed by Entrants or Winners. No correspondence or discussion regarding the decision Dragonpass will be entertained.

4.4. To claim the Prize, the Winners will be required to provide their name, email address, and/or any other relevant details required by Dragonpass.

4.5. If Winners object to any of their information, including but not limited to name, country or winning entry being published or made available, please contact Dragonpass at social@dragonpass.com . Take note however that in such circumstances, Dragonpass will still be required to provide such information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.

4.6. The Prizes will be made available to the Winners within 7 days of written acceptance thereof in accordance with paragraph 4.2 above.

4.7. A Prize may not be claimed by a third party on a Winner’s behalf.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, Dragonpass, its affiliates, agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of Dragonpass, its affiliates, agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6. Ownership Intellectual Property Rights

6.1. The Dragonpass name, website, logo and all corresponding and related marketing material for the Campaign are the intellectual property of Dragonpass who owns, manages and administers same, and Dragonpass accordingly reserves all rights related thereto. Use of any of the above materials without our permission constitutes (outside the legally permitted limitations) an infringement of our intellectual property rights, for which you may be held liable. Please contact us at marketing@dragonpass.com if you wish to make use of such materials and follow the guidelines we provide in this respect. If you do make use of such materials without our permission, or outside the legally permitted limitations, or if you do not comply with the provided guidelines, or if you make false claims in relation to the Campaign, you shall be required to cease and desist this use upon our first request and remove any published material in relation thereto.

6.2. You agree that Dragonpass may, but is not required to, make some of the details of your entry, or the accompanying information provided in relation thereto, available on its website at www.dragonpass.com and/or any other media, or internally with Dragonpass and its affiliates, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the Campaign.

6.3. Winners may be asked to take part in certain promotional activities relating to the Campaign. Dragonpass may use the details of such Winners (including but not limited to name, age, and location) and any associated pictures, in the promotion of the Campaign. This could include, but is not limited to, promotion on websites, press releases, case studies, media, and collateral such as brochures, social media and print.

7. Data Protection and Publicity

7.1. By entering the Campaign, all Entrants consent to the use of their personal data by Dragonpass for the purposes of the administration of the Campaign and any other purposes to which the Entrants have consented.

7.2. Any use of personal data received by Dragonpass in the course of the Campaign is subject to all applicable data protection laws and to the Privacy Policy of Dragonpass.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. If for whatever reason, Dragonpass reasonably believes that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use, or the Privacy Policy, Dragonpass may, in its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Campaign.

8.2. Dragonpass reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Campaign, with or without prior notice, due to reasons outside our reasonable control or due to any other circumstances, in our sole discretion. Such decision shall be final and binding.

8.3. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Dragonpass shall not be liable for any failure to comply with our obligations where such failure is caused by something outside our reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strikes, sickness, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

8.4. Dragonpass reserves the right to review, amend and/or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion and without notice, and by continuing to take part in the Campaign subsequent to any such revision of these Terms and Conditions, you shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended Terms and you accordingly agree that no liability shall attach to Dragonpass as a result thereof.

8.5. If a provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable for whatever reason, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions contained herein.

8.6. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and accordingly you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

8.7. All entries must be made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
