Happy Birthday to Me, Happy Birthday to Me
Its been a long time since I wrote you all last. Life has been busy busy busy as usual. But since today is a momentous occasion celebrating the fact that I have survived my first year of life. Always heard it was the toughest. During that year I have met lots of interesting people and learned lots of new things. I have teeth now and everything. Okay, only two but its a start. Anyways below are some pictures of me and my family.
This is the before the party picture when my parents where trying to decide whether or not I really needed more toys.
And then There the Party. Having never had a birthday before I wasn't sure what was going to happen. Mommy and daddy took me to the party store and bought me decorations and balloons but they wouldn't let me touch them so how was I to know what to expect.
I hear that you can't have a party unless you have people, so here's the peoples. They are all family and friends.

Okay I survived all the people. They seem to like me and want to hold me and cater to my every need. So far this party seems like a good thing. But I still don't understand it. After I finished being passed around to all my admirers they brought out the pinata. And I said whats a pinata?
I wasn't making much of a dent in it and I am not real sure why I was hitting it. People usually get up set when I take bats to things but you know parties so I just went with the flow, and besides it was fun! Some of the other little people there had better luck and then there was running and screaming and gobbling going on everywhere. Still not sure what it was all about but the other kids all had these cups they were holding possesively to their chest and I didn't get one.
After the Pinata we moved onto cake and while I did not get a blue cup I did get my own cake. The theme of the day was lady bugs and my cakes were made by mommy and daddy and grammy
I wasn't really sure what to do with the large red and black bug they set in front of me But I soon figured it out and running on a great sugar high. Cake is good and frosting is even better. At first I was very tentative in my eating.
But then I discovered it was really really good
So I just kept eating more and more
Okay mom where is the milk, I think I have had enough
After Cake I had a bath of course I like to keep mom on her toes so I peed on her and the dryer when she was undressing me. Thats what us babies do. And then we smile. After I was washed free of frosting we moved to presents. I had the same problem with presents that I did with the pinata wasn't sure what they were for and they spent the previous 3 hours chasing me away from them and then they wanted me to open them. These people can't make up their minds what they want. Being a kid is so confusing.
I got lots of toys and lots of really great clothes,which knowing my mother will be be coming to a photo sturdio near you very soon, I would like to thank everyone who came for sharing my special day with me and thanks for all the goodies too.
